StatSheet now projects Miami (FL) as a five seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Hurricanes are, at this point, on track for an automatic bid, but they won't need to win their conference tournament as they're the #25 team in the AP Poll and sit at #12 in the StatSheet StatRank. They have a 14-3 overall record and a 5-0 record in the ACC.

Over the last four games, Miami (FL) got quality wins against AP #1 Duke and RPI #35 North Carolina and wins against Boston College and Maryland.

Miami (FL) is tough against strong competition, with a 7-2 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes a 4-2 record against the RPI Top 50 and a 2-1 record against AP ranked teams. The Hurricanes have four quality wins including AP #1 Duke, RPI #35 North Carolina, RPI #33 La Salle, and AP #13 Michigan State. Their single bad loss came against RPI #119 Florida Gulf Coast.

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Southern Miss (16-4, 5-0 C-USA, StatRank #40), Brigham Young (15-5, 5-1 West Coast, StatRank #39), Wisconsin (13-6, 4-2 Big Ten, StatRank #58), and Rutgers (12-6, 3-4 Big East, StatRank #55).

The first four teams out are Iowa (13-6, 2-4 Big Ten, StatRank #65), Maryland (15-4, 3-3 ACC, StatRank #63), Charlotte (16-3, 4-1 A-10, StatRank #43), and Villanova (12-7, 3-3 Big East, StatRank #62).

The next four out are Arizona State (14-4, 3-2 Pac 12, StatRank #75), Boise State (14-4, 2-2 Mountain West, StatRank #45), Kentucky (12-6, 3-2 SEC, StatRank #60), and Texas A&M (12-6, 2-3 SEC, StatRank #68).
